All settlements for works or services rendered under DPFDR Express Private Trust in Equity are accepted by private agreement between living men and women.
- Direct bank transfer to the Trust account
- Electronic card transaction processed via the independent gateway SumUp
Use of SumUp does not create or imply joinder with any statutory or corporate entity; it is used solely as a private conduit for settlement in honour and consideration.
All settlements are final once cleared and constitute discharge of obligation in full.
🧾 Invoices & Private Commerce
All instruments are issued by DPFDR Express Private Trust in Equity and headed:
- Payment constitutes private settlement in full.
- Optional 30-day honour-based remedy (not a corporate guarantee).
- Instruments are autographed, not signed.
- All correspondence marked Private & Confidential – Without Prejudice UCC 1-308.
Settlements may be made via SumUp or direct transfer — Private Trust in Equity, non-statutory settlement.
⚠️ Third-Party Liability
Any agent or corporation seeking to engage this Trust must do so by sworn affidavit under full commercial liability. Unsigned demands are void upon receipt.
